All measurements are in inches. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger one. A tailor can take it in, but there’s rarely enough seam to let it out.

Payment
- Cash on delivery. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. For COD orders above Rs. 3,000, a minimum Rs. 500 advance commitment deposit via bank transfer is required to confirm dispatch, and the remaining balance is collected in cash on delivery.
- Bank transfer. Transfer the full order total to our bank account and share your slip on WhatsApp; your order ships once the slip is confirmed.

Questions
What’s the difference between stitched and unstitched?
Unstitched is the three-piece fabric (shirt, dupatta and trouser) for your own tailor. Stitched means our tailors make it up in a standard size for Rs. 3,500, ready in 5–7 days.
Why do Cash on Delivery orders over Rs. 3,000 require an advance deposit?
For Cash on Delivery orders above Rs. 3,000, we ask for a small Rs. 500 commitment deposit via bank transfer to confirm dispatch. This amount is deducted from your order total, and you pay the remaining balance in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Can I give my own measurements?
Yes. Choose the closest size, then add your measurements in the note at checkout. We’ll confirm them with you before stitching.
Are the colours accurate?
We photograph in daylight and avoid filters, but screens differ. If colour matters, message us for an unedited photo or video before ordering.
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll see a confirmation with your order number, and you can check your status anytime on our Track Order page. We’ll also call or WhatsApp you within one working day.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Lawn sometimes comes back. Bridal pieces are usually one of a kind. Follow @almera.lk to hear about restocks first.
